Neil was raised in the village of  Princeton, being the 4th generation in his family to be involved in the dairy and cheese industry.  He joined Ayr Farmers Mutual in 1986 and has served on various committees and workgroups that have helped make Ayr Farmers Mutual a leader in the insurance business. Neil enjoys working with people and lending a supportive hand.
Neil and his wife Sheila live in Princeton and have 3 children.
