2023 Ayr Farmers Mutual Scholarship Program Recipients
In 2023, our scholarship topic asked students “If you had a budget of $10,000, what environmental causes and organizations would you recommend Ayr Farmers Mutual invest in or donate to in our local community?” to which we were delighted to donate over $26,000 to 39 deserving students. Based on the recommendations of the students and in alignment with our company values, we selected four environmental organizations to receive a donation of $2,500 each. The selected organizations are Sustainable Waterloo Region, Grand River Environmental Network, rare Charitable Research Reserve and Waterloo Region Nature.
