Starting now, you can choose to receive your policy documents—like renewals, changes, and invoices—electronically, by mail, or a combination of both. And the best part? You're in complete control. Each policy can have its own preference, so you can customize what works best for you.

Can I change my delivery preference later?

Yes! You have full control and can update your preferences anytime through the Paperless tab in your portal. You can also choose different delivery methods for different policies—whatever works best for you.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

No worries at all. The portal is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Plus, your agent is always available to walk you through it, and our team is here to help. If you run into any technical issues, just email us at PortalAdmin@ayrmutual.com.

What happens if I forget my password?

Just click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, and we'll send you an email with instructions to reset it in minutes.

Will I still get paper documents if I need them?

Absolutely. You're in control. Choose paperless for some policies and paper for others, or stick with all paper if that's what you prefer. It's entirely up to you.

Can I make changes to my policy through the portal?

While you can't make changes directly, you can send a message to your agent right from the portal to request updates. Once your agent processes the change, the updated documents will be available in your portal.

Is the portal secure?

Yes. Your information is protected with secure login credentials, and you're the only one who can access your account.
