Who We're Looking For
We seek candidates who bring strong board governance experience and demonstrate strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to engage collaboratively in group decision-making. The success of our Company relies heavily on the composition of our Board, which requires directors to possess requisite skills, abilities, knowledge, and experience.

Eligibility Requirement
All directors must be an AFM Policyholder from the time they hold office. Candidates who are not current Policyholders will need to obtain a policy before appointment.
