We have received a higher volume of claims due to the windstorm on May 21. With the strong commitment of our claims team, all Policyholders were contacted, and contractors assigned within 24 hours of receiving notification of their claim.
As a result of the significant claims volume experienced across the entire industry and province, it will take longer than usual for contractors to make contact and coordinate repairs/rebuild.
