Marketing Coordinator
Ayr Farmers Mutual is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in bringing our brand story to life in the communities we serve. Working closely with the Marketing & Brand Manager, this position supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives, creates engaging content, manages social media presence, and coordinates events that strengthen connections with Policyholders and reflect our commitment to exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Marketing & Brand Manager to support the execution of our marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns to promote our brand and meet business objectives.
- Execute social media strategy and manage our digital presence, consistent with overall brand and marketing strategy.
- Implement and evaluate digital campaigns, reporting performance against business objectives and using analytics to improve results.
- Maintain company website and other online resources with fresh, relevant and engaging content consistent with brand standards.
- Develop and deliver Policyholder-facing communications and messaging using social media, email marketing and other digital tools.
- Work collaboratively with Agents, Brokers, and internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Contribute to branding and graphic design for internal and external communications.
- Support and promote company and community events that strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
- Research and bring forward recommendations on new and emerging marketing technologies to optimize our marketing efforts.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience is required.
- University or college degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or journalism or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with social media management tools, website management, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Content creation and copywriting experience is required.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva is an asset.
- Event coordination experience is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with natural ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must have reliable transportation to attend community events and off-site content creation opportunities.
